I have always been committed to offering full-service property management for rental home owners.  I am approaching 40 quality rental homes in which I handle all the details of the rental process, for both local and absent landlords.

With my rental portfolio expanding substantially in the first half of 2010, my wife Dede has joined me after 15 years in corporate sales.  As we transition into a team philosophy, my focus will lean heavily toward property management while she takes over working primarily with buyers and sellers.

Dede is off to a running start having already closed 4 properties by mid-April, 2011 - over $1,000,000 in sales volume!  This gives me more time to focus on obtaining more quality rental property accounts.
